At arrival
Use the meeting point agreed with the practitioner and your hotel. Allow a little time to identify the visitor and prepare the space. Keep the area clear enough for the chosen setup, and agree where the session will take place. Ask about linens, products and what you should wear before the practitioner begins.
During the session
Explain the pressure, pace and areas you prefer. You can ask for a quieter appointment or raise questions about the sequence. If you want an adjustment, say so during the session rather than waiting until it ends. Any added time or change of package should have its price agreed first.
At the end
Confirm the session has finished and follow the payment arrangement agreed at booking. Check that you have the business contact for any follow-up question or future enquiry. If you enjoyed a particular style or sequence, make a note of it for your next appointment. Future availability and the assigned practitioner should still be confirmed each time.
